1345 is the Ministry of Justice's information line for foreign residents. It runs in many languages, and calling is not a report to enforcement.

- Dial 1345. No area code needed.
- Choose your language. Press the number given or say the language name.
- Explain your situation. Your status, when you entered, what the problem is now.
- Write down the office and documents they name.
