How to use them
- Find your nearest centre — search on Work24 www.work24.go.kr.
- Phone ahead to confirm the documents you need.
- Bring your Alien Registration Card and related documents.
- If you need interpretation, say so in advance or use 1350 / 1577-0071 alongside.

My Korean isn't good. 1350 and 1577-0071 provide interpretation. Some migrant workers' support centres will accompany you.
Can foreigners receive unemployment benefit? If you are enrolled in employment insurance and meet the requirements, yes, regardless of nationality. See unemployment-benefit.
Can I take vocational training? It depends on your residence status. Show your card at the centre and ask.
Can I do it online? Much of it can be done online through Work24, though going in person for the first visit is the surest route.
Take care
Unemployment benefit has steps that must be taken soon after leaving a job. Delay shortens the period you can claim. If you have left a job, call the employment centre that week.
