- Use the "welfare service simulation" for a rough check. Some menus work without registering.
- Read the details and application method for services that interest you.
- Where online application is available, log in and apply. Identity verification is required.
- If online isn't possible, visit your community service centre.
Login and verification
Online application requires identity verification using your alien registration number with mobile verification or a joint certificate. If verification is difficult, visiting the community centre is faster. See identity-verification.

Questions people ask
The site is in Korean and it's hard. Call 129 and consult with interpretation, or ask your community or family centre for help. Browser translation also helps.
The simulation says I'm not eligible. The simulation is only indicative. The actual decision comes from the community centre's assessment. If your situation is hard, go and consult in person.
Identity verification fails. It fails if the phone isn't in your name or details differ from your alien registration. Visiting the community centre is the reliable route.
Can I see only services for foreigners? Searches return everything. Check the eligibility section of each service for the conditions.
