Booking a visit to an immigration office
Most immigration offices work by appointment. Turning up without one can cost you a whole day, and slots fill quickly in busy seasons.

- Anyone who must visit an office for registration, extension or a status change
Steps
- Sign in to HiKorea.
- Open the visit reservation menu and pick the office for your address.
- Choose the application type, date and time.
- Keep the confirmation message.
- Arrive 10–20 minutes early. Late arrivals can be cancelled.

- Passport and Alien Registration Card details
- The documents for your application, on the day

Questions people ask
There are no slots. Cancellations appear, so check often. If your permit is about to expire, call 1345 and explain.
I can't make my appointment. Cancel it. Repeated no-shows can restrict your booking.
