Questions people ask
My spouse won't cooperate. Depending on the circumstances there are paths that do not require their documents. Talk to 1345 or 1577-1366 first.
We are separated — can I still extend? It depends on the reason and who is at fault. Get advice rather than deciding alone.
Take care
Threatening not to "allow" an extension is a common form of control. Your stay is decided by legal requirements, not by your spouse's permission.
