Identity verification fails. It fails if the phone isn't in your name or details differ from your registration. Check with your carrier. See phone-verification.
The site is difficult. Call 1345 and they can guide you through the screens. Family centres also help.
I applied online but nothing is happening. Check the processing status and whether additional documents have been requested. Ask 1345.
Are there things I must attend in person for? Yes — fingerprint registration, card collection and similar require attendance.
