Tips
- Identity verification is required — a phone in your name or a joint certificate. See id-verification.
- If verification fails, visit an office.
- Check whether an English version is available if it is for use abroad.
- Some have validity periods. Ask the recipient how recently issued it must be.

Questions people ask
I don't know which document to get. Ask whoever requested it for the exact name. Give that name to 1345 and they will tell you where to obtain it.
Is it different from the entry and exit record certificate? Yes. That one shows travel records, while this shows registration and residence details. See stay-record-certificate.
Can someone collect it for me? It depends on the matter. A power of attorney and ID may be required. Check with 1345.
I have no printer. Use a document kiosk, an immigration office or a community centre.
