Taking express and intercity buses
Express buses reach areas with no train station.
Types
- Express buses — long distance between cities, few stops.
- Intercity buses — to smaller cities, towns and villages, with more stops.
- Premium classes — wider seats at a higher fare.

- Book by app — Kobus for express buses, Bustago for intercity.
- Or buy at the terminal counter or machine.
- Arrive early — 10 to 20 minutes before departure.
- Check the boarding gate number on your ticket.
- Put luggage in the hold. Keep valuables with you.
- Sit in your assigned seat.

Questions people ask
I missed my bus at the rest area. Contact the terminal or bus company immediately. This is why remembering the bus and vehicle number matters.
My luggage disappeared from the hold. Tell the driver and terminal at once, and report to 112 if needed.
Can I cancel a ticket? Cancellation and changes are generally possible before departure, with fees depending on timing. Check in the app.
Are there overnight buses? On some routes. Check timetables in the app.
Take care
At rest areas, always confirm your bus number and the stop duration. Boarding the wrong bus among several similar ones is common. A photo of your bus on your phone helps.
